Hi. I know a lot of hotels are on hills in Porto. Is your hotel located on a hill / a steep hill? I'm thinking about ease of walking and access by foot.

Hello, as you said, Oporto as a lot of hills, so it will depend from were you are coming until the hotel. It's not on a hill but you may have to walk up some streets.

Very Good
During check-in, the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The hotel offers a wide range of additional amenities, including complimentary chips, water, and a welcome drink. Really good breakfast
However, it appears that the overall condition of the hotel is somewhat worn and in need of renovation.
